Decision Logic strives for all users to have an excellent experience using our web and mobile platforms. For Decision Logic users on the web, we recommend the latest version of Chrome for all of our users.

Decision Logic supports the following browsers:

We support the latest version of Google Chrome (which automatically updates whenever it detects that a new version of the browser is available).

Info

Decision Logic’s web platform works best with Google Chrome.

We support the current and previous major releases of Firefox (until May 2023), Edge, and Safari on a rolling basis.  Our engineering teams make use of new capabilities available in modern, up-to-date browsers.

That’s why we have made the decision to support only modern browsers.

They also provide improved security and performance.

Decision Logic will discontinue official support for Firefox after version 6.18

In order to better streamline some of our development processes, Decision Logic will no longer officially support Firefox as one of its supported browsers following the 6.18 release.

Users of Firefox may continue to use this browser if they wish, as most features/modules will still work without issue.  But, in the event that a bug/issue is found that only affects Firefox and not our officially supported browsers, DL has the option not to make fixes for that specific issue.  The release of 6.18 is scheduled to take place in late May 2023 at this time.  Information about this change will be included in our release notes as well.
