This article provides insight into the Line Check Photos report.

Overview

The Line Check Photos report is used to view and filter line check photo entries from the Digital Manager mobile app and those uploaded into the web-based platform. This report lets users view their photo entries on a larger screen or monitor than a traditional smart device like a computer and can reduce field visits.

This report does not include temperature and other line check type entries. You can find those entries in the Line Check History report or the Line Check Temperature Log.

The report displays photos for a given date, filtering options by line check schedule name, time, and item name. Photos uploaded from the Digital Manager mobile app yield a better image for viewing. Users can click on an individual photo to expand and view its details. Additionally, they can download individual photos. However, they cannot download the entire report and all images at once.

This report cannot be printed.

View Report

Begin by navigating to:

Reports > Line Check > Line Check Photos

1. Select the Report Group, Company, Region, Area, or Store.

2. Select a Date.

3. Click Apply.

Filter, Zoom, and Download Report

Users can filter this report by Line Check Schedule Name and Menu Item Name. They can click on an individual photo to expand and view its details. Additionally, they can download individual photos. However, they cannot download the entire report and all images at once.

Please follow the steps above to run the report. After the report has yielded results:

1. Select the Line Check Schedule Name from the All Line Checks dropdown.

   

2. Select the Menu Item Name from the All Photos dropdown.

   

3. Click on an Image to expand it and view the details such as:

   1. Store Name

   2. Line Check Name

   3. Item Name

   4. User name who submitted the photo

   5. Timestamp of the submitted photo

4. Click the Right or Left Arrows to move to and from the next photo.

5. Click the Download icon to download the individual image.

6. Click X to close the view.
