Line Checks can be entered in two different ways, via the mobile application or the desktop web page.  

This guide covers the web entry page.

To find the Line Check Entry page, navigate to Menu > Operations > Line Check > Line Check Entry.

Line Checks available to enter

All available Line Checks for the day are shown on the Line Check Entry Screen screen.

When a line check is complete, a green checkmark will appear next to the Time.

A time and user stamp will be in the Date Posted column.

To enter a Line Check, click the Enter button on the right-hand side of the page.

Entering the Line Check

  • Enter the results of your line check.
  • Enter comments as you go, where required.

    If there are any issues, they will be highlighted in red. 
  • When all entries are complete click Next to review your entries.
  • If you need to make corrections, click the Back button, make the corrections then click the Next button.
  • Click Post.
  • Click Line Checks to enter another line check or Line Check Reports to view the Line Check History Report.
