This article will walk users through the steps to place an order using the Manager’s Toolbox mobile app.

Using the mobile app can help you quickly place orders up to 7 days in advance.

Getting Started

(warning) Be sure the tablet or mobile app is connected to Wi-Fi to begin the ordering process. Once the order is started on a tablet or mobile app, it may become disconnected from a Wi-Fi signal. Double-check it’s connecting when you’re ready to post. You will be unable to post without a reliable signal.

Enter a Mobile Order

  1. Begin by opening the Manager's Toolbox app.

  2. Select the appropriate store.

  3. Then click Ordering.  This takes you to your electronic distributor options.

  4. Choose the distributer and date you would like the order to arrive.

  5. Click Start new order from server.

  6. Enter your order per location (the category). To move locations, swipe the page to the left or right.

    1. (star) This saves your inputs from other locations.

  7. When complete, select Review.  Please review your order to make sure it is correct.

    1. "No Items” listed under a location signifies that you did not order items from that location.

    2. To add an item, select the location where the item is held. This will revert to the enter order page for value entry.

    3. To edit a value, select the item. This will revert to the enter order page for value entry.

  8. Select Post.  A dialog box will appear asking if you would like to submit this order.

  9. Click Yes (or No if you need to make edits).

  10. Click OK. The dialog box will say, “Order was received by server.”

If you attempt to leave an order during the process, you will see the following message:

Order Status

Orders may have multiple statuses dependent upon the process. One order may be saved locally on the mobile device.  Once an order has started, the saved order is labeled “Continue locally saved order.”

An order may be started on the Decision Logic Website and continued on a mobile device. This order is labeled “Continue Order from server.”

If an order is labeled “Latest,” this means it is the latest (most recent) order that was edited or opened.
