You can review your purchases on the Product Velocity report and search for those purchases by Date, Ingredient, Company, Area, Region, Group, or Store.

To Navigate to Product Velocity, you will want to go to Reports > Purchasing> Product Velocity

Select a specific Distributor or leave the drop-down set to ALL to see all Distributors.

Select specific Ingredients from the list or use the Select ALL button to review ALL ingredients

Select the Next Button

Select the date range to search.
The report will load your selections and include the following fields:

Cat #

DC

Item #

Description

Brand

Pk/Sz

Mfg

Current Price

Order Qty

Received Qty

By selecting the + sign under the Category column, you can drill down into each purchase
The following Fields will load for Drill Down reporting:

Store

# Orders

Item #

Estimated Cost

Ordered Quantity

Received Quantity
