How do I change my forgotten password or update an existing password?

Users can retrieve a forgotten password if the feature is enabled. Decision Logic Administrators can contact their Account Manager to enable the “Forgot Password” feature within Profile Maintenance.

Individual Users can quickly update an existing password through Operations > Labor Scheduling > Password Change.

First, let’s look at what to do if you have forgotten your password, followed by updating an existing password.

Forgotten Password

  1. From the login screen, click Forgot Password.

  2. Enter your email address associated with your Decision Logic account.

  3. Click Send.

    1. If you do not have an email associated with your account, you will not receive an email.

       

  4. Navigate to the associated email inbox and click Reset Password inside the email.

     

  5. Update and confirm your new password.

  6. Click Save.

Update an Existing Password


Individual Users can quickly update an existing password through Operations > Labor Scheduling > Password Change

 

  1. Navigate to Operations > Labor Scheduling > Password Change

  2. Input your Old Password (currently using).

  3. Input a New Password and Confirm Password.

  4. Click Save.
