Where do I view Operations Engagement for imported data?

This article explains the functionality and purpose of the Operations Engagement report.

Overview

The Operations Engagement Report helps users verify whether daily data imports or tasks performed on the End of Day have occurred. Metrics are tracked according to each client’s enabled settings. All clients can view whether their sales or labor data has successfully imported from their Point of Sale system into Decision Logic, while some may have access to additional metrics based on configuration.

Available metrics based on configuration are:

  • Sales Data

  • Labor Data

  • KDS Data

  • Day Finalized

Reach out to your Account Manager to include additional metrics other than Store, Date, Sales Data, and Labor Data.

View Report

Users can view their imported data status by navigating to:

Reports > Trends > Operations Engagement

  1. Select the Store(s).

  2. Select the Date or Date Range.

  3. Click Apply.

Data will be categorized in two sections:

  • Incomplete - at least one data metric is missing, indicating that the POS, Speed of Service, or Finalizing the End of Day did not occur or be imported into Decision Logic.

  • Complete - all available data points are flowing into Decision Logic and tasks completed.

Users can expand or hide the data by clicking on the arrow next to Incomplete or Complete. The Incomplete section will be automatically expanded. Completed metrics will have a green check mark; whereas, uncompleted metrics will have a red X.
