What and where is the Menu Mix by Day report?
This article shows users how to view their menu mix by each day of the week.
Overview
The Menu Mix by Day report displays the categories, items, and quantities sold, broken down by each day of the week within the selected date range.
View Report
Begin by navigating to:
Reports > Menu Mix > Menu Mix by Day
Select the Company, Region, Group, or Store.
Select a Date Range.
Select a Category.
Select to Hide or Show Zero-Sales.
This excludes items that have 0 entered for the Beginning Inventory, Purchases, and Ending Inventory of the dates selected. Hide is selected, to exclude those items, by default. Click Show to view unused products from the report.
Click Submit.
