What and where is the Menu Mix by Category report?

This article shows users where to access the Menu Mix by Category report.

Overview

The Menu Mix by Category reports displays sales, comps, voids, and guest data by menu category. This report is View Only, and users are unable to edit on this page. Additionally, users can hide or show zero-sales data when viewing. Hiding zero-sales data excludes items that have 0 entered for the beginning inventory, purchases, and ending inventory.

View Report

Begin by navigating to:

Reports > Menu Mix > Menu Mix by Category

Select the Company, Region, Group, or Store.
Select a Start and End Date.
Click Go.
Click on an individual Category to view more details.
Users can Hide or Show Zero-Sales data, and switch categories.
1. Hiding zero-sales data excludes items that have 0 entered for the beginning inventory, purchases, and ending inventory.
