Forgot Password - Login Screen

(star) Please contact your account manager to enable this feature! Note that when this is enabled, users will be prompted to enter an email address upon logging in. Entering an email address is not required, however if users do not enter an email address then the Forgot Password feature will not work for that user. Users who already have an email address configured in Decision Logic on the Profile Maintenance page will be able to use this feature.

Forgot Password

Use this feature to reset your password

  1. On the login screen, click the Forgot Password link.
  2. On the next screen, enter your email address that is associated with your Decision Logic account. You will receive an email from info@decisionlogic.co
    (warning) If you do not have an email address associated with your account, you will not receive an email.
  3. Click the Reset Password button in the email.
  4. Enter your new password on the next screen.
  5. Your password has been updated!
