Manager's Toolbox - Mobile Configuration

To update your Manager Toolbox Configuration On your Android or IOS (iPhone/iPad) device, you will want to complete the following steps:

Locate Decision Logic Mobile (for Android) or Managers Toolbox (for iOS)

• The app icon looks like this:

Open

Open Decision Logic or Managers Toolbox

• This should open to the Login screen.

• Version 5.10 should appear above Username and Password. 

• Android and iOS Version 5.9.6 is current as of 10/2/19. 

• We encourage all users to have their app set to auto-update so that you are always using the most current version. 

Select Configuration

• This should open to the Options screen.

 Make note of the entry in the Authentication Key, this is typically the name of your restaurant all lower case and one word.

• There is a Save button and a Clear button in the middle of the screen.

Select the Clear button

• A message box should open titled Success with the message “Configuration successfully cleared”.

Select OK

• This should return the user to the Options screen. Authentication Key is now blank.

Select the Authentication Key field and type in the Authentication Key you had previously used. 

 This is your company’s name in most cases, all lowercase, all one word.

 Contact your DL Administrator or DL Helpdesk if you have any questions.

Select the Save button

• A message box should open titled Success with the message “Key validated and configuration updated”.

Select OK

• This should return the user to the Options screen. Authentication Key is now populated accordingly.

Select Back Arrow in the upper left corner

• This should return the user to the Login screen. Username and Password fields are now available.

Enter username and password and select Log-in button

• A successful login should open the app and the user should be able to create an order.
