API Integrations

Revel 

  • API integration

  • No UDT install needed.

  • Customers should provide Revel store name to Decision Logic to configure and API integration via Customer Support Portal

  • The helpdesk will notify the customer when set up is complete.  

  • The customer should assign the store to the existing POS Admin and complete the remaining website set up for the location. 

Toast

par Brink 

  • API integration

  • No UDT install needed.

  • Customers must request par Brink send each store's Brink Location Token to Decision Logic via Customer Support Portal

  • The helpdesk will notify the customer when set up is complete.  

  • The customer should assign the store to the existing POS Admin and complete the remaining website set up for the location. 

Appetize 

  • API integration

  • No UDT install needed.

  • Customers should provide the Appetize api_key and vendor or stall name to Decision Logic to configure and API integration via Customer Support Portal

  • The helpdesk will notify the customer when set up is complete.  

  • The customer should assign the store to the existing POS Admin and complete the remaining website set up for the location. 

Xoikos

  • API integration

  • No UDT install needed.

  • Customers should provide the Xoikos store id to Decision Logic to configure and API integration via Customer Support Portal

  • The helpdesk will notify the customer when set up is complete.  

  • Customer should assign the store to the existing POS Admin and complete the remaining website set up for the location

CBS North Star

  • API integration

  • No UDT install needed.

  • Customers should provide the api_key Decision Logic to configure and API integration via Customer Support Portal

  • The helpdesk will notify the customer when set up is complete.  

  • Customer should assign the store to the existing POS Admin and complete the remaining website set up for the location

Database Integrations

Hunger Rush

Micros, Aloha, Squirrel and other database Point of Sale Systems 

  • Create request with our helpdesk to configure UDT via Customer Support Portal  

  • Information to include in your UDT Set Up request:

  • Client Name

  • Store name

  • UDT ID

  • Point of Sale System

  • Version if know POS

  • Note to Copy configuration from an existing store when applicable

  • Go Live date when sales testing will begin or store open

Requesting a new system integration

  • Request a new system integration here

  • Decision Logic will follow up to schedule a discovery call with you and your vendor to determine requirements and available endpoints.

  • Once requirements are collected Decision Logic will issue a scope of work for the development of the integration.

  • Development will be scheduled after receipt of a signed scope of work.

Defining endpoints for new integration

  • What type of database?

  • Will we have access to the machine or API?

  • Is there a database scheme or developer documentation for integrations?

  • Determine if numeric POS identifiers and reporting exist for the following:

    • Sales Departments / Major Groups:
