Purpose

The Custom Reports tool allows each user to build ad hoc reporting and exports across your company for over 50 different metrics. This tool can be used to compare stores in a configurable way and save different versions of reports to view later.

  • Visualizing sales data

  • Select from many metrics and apply filters to show only the data you want to display

    Getting Started

    Each unique users can create custom reports that can be saved. When logged in, users can only view the custom reports they created.

    Create a New Custom Report

    1. Select

    the option at the bottom of the left column labeled ‘New Report’
    1. New Report. This will bring you to a new page.

    2. Fill out the Report Name field with a name that describes the type of report you are building.

    3. Select filters you would like to be applied to the report. Filters will narrow the results returned in the report.

      • Once a type of filter is selected, a new dropdown will appear

    to the right to make your selection. The contents of this dropdown will vary based on the filter selected
      • .

      • Users are able to add more than one filter to these reports. These are typically used to filter dates that are shown or specific sets of stores needed to be shown.

    When selecting a date filter, sites
      • Sites using V6 will be able to select

      • date filters while non-V6 clients will select dates using Weeks, Periods, and Years

    Select how you would like entries on the report to be grouped using the ‘Group By’
    1. Group entries using the Group By dropdown menu. This

    , but will generally include gross sales by department, net sales by department, total sales by department, voids, payments, discounts, and SvA labor calculations

    After making your configurations, but before saving your report, you are able to verify that the needed information is

    as well as a chart containing the data shown in the graphs. When you are confident that the report contains the information needed, you can press the save button.

    2. Click the Edit icon in the top right corner of the screen. This will bring you to the same menu used when creating the report but contains the current configuration of the report.

    3. Make the necessary edits.

    Export a Report

    You are able to export any existing custom reports to CSV

    by selecting

    1. Select the Export option in the upper right corner

    when viewing the report.

    Unable to access this page in Decision Logic?
