What is the Menu Mix Comparison Report?
This article provides insight into the data available on the Menu Mix Comparison report.
Overview
The Menu Mix Comparison report is a date-based report that allows users to compare stores against themselves or other stores. It provides insight into how a location(s) performs when compared to another location or the same location from different dates. Users can use this to compare year over year or time period over time period.
This report compares the following information:
Sales
Price
Net
Percentage of net sales
Categories
Decision Logic recommends to compare the same store, or to compare two different stores of the same size and market.
View Report
Users will begin by navigating to:
Reports > Menu Mix > Menu Mix Comparison
Select a Date Range in the left box [Stores(s) Set 1].
Select the Company, Region, or Group in the left box [Stores(s) Set 1].
Click on a Store(s) from the available list.
Click the Right Arrow to move the store to the compare list.
This is your Store(s) Set 1.
Select a Date Range in the right box [Stores(s) Set 2].
Select the Company, Region, or Group in the right box [Stores(s) Set 2].
Click on a Store(s) from the available list.
Click the Right Arrow to move the store tot he compare list.
This is your Store(s) Set 2.
Users can export this report by clicking Export.
