How do DL Admins update a user’s login password, username, or email address?

This article shows Decision Logic Administrators how to change a user’s password, username, and email address on Decision Logic’s web platform.  


Decision Logic Administrators can change a user’s password, username, or email address. Individual users can also update a forgotten password without needing support from a Decision Logic Administrator.

Change Password, Username, or Email Address

Begin by navigating to:

Maintenance > Profile Maintenance > Users tab > Edit User

  1. Highlight a User.

  2. Click Edit User.


  3. Update any information in the form.

    1. Pro Tip:  Passwords should include at least eight characters, one uppercase, and one unique character.

  4. Click Save.


DL Admins will need to email the user their new password unless they reset it.
