Where can I view the User Access Report?

This article shows Decision Logic Admins where they view the User Access Report.

Overview

Decision Logic Administrators can view the last time a user accessed the Decision Logic platform and their permissions by running the User Access Report.  Additionally, DL Admins can create profiles that allow other users to access this report.

Last Log On Report

Begin by navigating to:

Maintenance > Company > User Access

1. Select the Company, Region, Group, and Store.

2. Click Last Log On.

3. Click Next.

Access Rights

Begin by navigating to:

Maintenance > Company > User Access

1. Select the Company, Region, Group, and Store.

2. Select if you want to see those who can Enter, Change, or Both for the page(s).

3. Check the page(s) you would like to view.

4. Click Next.

    

A list will appear with user information and security scope.
