Three separate configuration options have been added to allow more flexibility and automation in managing bid file items. These options include automatic configuration of new bid file items based on existing distributor group items, the ability to configure unknown bid files when receiving orders, and an Under Configured filter for the Bid File Maintenance page.

  1. Automatic configuration of new bid file items.

  2. Configure Unknown Bid Files when receiving orders.

  3. Under Configured filter for Bid File Maintenance page.

  • Configurations are copied from another Distributor Group item if:

    • Item Number, Broken Case Flag, Catch Weight Flag, and Force Flag match.

    • The item is not archived.

  • If no matching Distributor Group item exists, no configuration changes are made.

  • If multiple matching Distributor Group items exist with differing configurations, no configurations are copied.

  • You can receive orders with unknown bid file items, and they will automatically be created and configured during the receiving process.

These three separate configurations enhance the management of bid file items by providing automated configuration options, improving the receiving process for unknown items, and giving admins a tool to identify and resolve under configured items quickly. Each option can be enabled based on client preferences, offering flexibility in how bid file items are handled.

Bid File Maintenance page has been enhanced.

Improved type-ahead search functionality. The dropdowns have the ability to scroll using the mouse or arrow keys.

Optimized response times resulting in faster load times for distributors within a Distributor Group.

POS Employee ID Block List Management.

Added a POS Block List tab on the New Stores Maintenance page.

Store admins can view the list of blocked POS Employee IDs for their store allowing them to do the following:

  • Add POS Employee IDs to the block list.

  • Remove POS Employee IDs from the block list.

This enhancement simplifies the management of blocked POS Employee IDs, enabling users to efficiently add or remove employees as needed to quickly address payroll blockers.

Above-store users now see only stores with completed inventories for selected date ranges in the Cost & Variance report.

There will be a warning on the page and provide a list of the stores that did not complete all the inventories for that selected date range and are excluded from the results.

This change was made to ensure that locations with missing inventories no longer affect the accuracy of Cost and Variance reporting, allowing for a more reliable assessment of overall performance.

We have introduced an Overtime Rules tab to the newly renamed NEW Stores Maintenance page (formerly "Non-Comp Maintenance").

Admins can manage four available overtime rules for individual stores:

  • Daily Overtime

  • Daily Double Time

  • 7th Day Overtime

  • 7th Day Double Time

This feature was added to address the need for more granular control over overtime rule management at the store level, ensuring compliance with state and local labor laws while improving administrative flexibility.

For clients using Menu Item Cover Count in Menu Maintenance, we’ve added new metrics to Current Sales and History in order to provide deeper insights into sales performance.

  • Cover Count by Department

  • Cover Count by Department and Order Type

The Employee Central application has been updated to have a new look and feel!

  • "My Shifts" and "Full Schedule" now display a complete seven-day view for easier planning.

  • We also split the Available Shifts screen into two tabs.

    • Available Shifts: Shifts that employees can request to work (pending manager approval).

    • Requested Shifts: Shifts already requested by employees, awaiting manager approval.

This change was made to a modernized design for better navigation and usability. Clearer organization of shifts with distinct tabs for Available and Requested shifts and enhanced visibility into weekly schedules and actionable shifts.

Check Counts have been added to the KDS Ranking Reports.

You will see these next to the average times in parenthesis in the KDS Ranking Report both on the report and in the CSV Export.

This gives a more comprehensive view of the average time included on the KDS Ranking report.

The BI integration with Micros Simphony has been updated to exclude duplicate Training/Split Check data

This will improve data accuracy between Micros and Decision Logic.

Enhanced the Qu POS integration to handle cases where employees in Qu lack assigned job titles, resolving prior exceptions during the auto-linking process.

This update ensures that an employee will successfully link to the correct QuEmployeeID in Decision Logic, even if they do not have a job assignment in Qu, as long as all other requirements are met.

Clients using Toast POS we now support the configuration of refunds as either Comp or Void based on client preferences.

This change was made to allow for refunds to come in as a Comp or a Void and appear as such in the End of Day (EOD) and Daily Sales Report (DSR).

Labor SvA report includes projected Overtime (OT) and Double Time (DT) values if:

  • Any employee has non-zero Double Time hours.

  • Any store in the report is configured for Double Time within the selected range.

Users can now see Scheduled and Projected OT and DT in the summary sidebar, with DT values in the following views:

  • View by Store

  • View by Shift

  • View by Employee
