How do I view Line Checks on the Digital Manager mobile app as a Multi-Store user?

This article shows multi-store users how to view Line Check history on the Digital Manager mobile app.

Overview

Users with access to multiple stores can view line check entries and photo-type line check items from the Digital Manager mobile app.  This feature helps with store, brand, menu items, and employee consistency.  The Photo Tab inside the app allows users to focus only on photos.  The Photo tab is unavailable for single-store users or when in the single-store view.  Additionally, the photo feed option allows zooming in on photos.

History Feed

Once logged into the Digital Manager app as a Multi-Store user:

1. Tap Line Check.

   1. Users will land on the History tab.

      Open

      

2. Select a Store(s) and Date.

3. Tap a Store with a Completed Line Check.

   Open

   

4. Tap a Completed Line Check.

5. Tap on a Line Check Item.

Photo Feed

Once logged into the Digital Manager app as a Multi-Store user:

1. Tap Line Check.

2. Tap Photos.

3. Select a Store(s) and Date.

   1. Tap All Photos to filter specific photo(s) to view.

   2. Tap a Line Check Item from the list to show those specific photos. 

4. Tap an Image from a Store(s).

   1. This will populate a list of all photos.

5. Scroll up and down to view the list of photos and their information.  Information includes:

   1. Line Check Name and Item Location.

   2. Item/Ingredient Name

   3. Description

   4. Username

   5. Comments if entered

   6. Date and Time the photo was taken.

6. Zoom in and out by tapping on the photo and using two fingers to expand and shrink the image.

   1. Tap Close to be taken back to the photo feed.

   2. Tap Back to be taken back to all photos or filtered photos.
