Step-By-Step Guide


Below is a high-level view of the available features for the Digital Manager mobile app and mobile device requirements.

Mobile Device Requirements

  • Android 5.0 or higher

  • iOS 10.0 or higher


  • Regular and Hot Item Inventory Count Entry

  • Wi-Fi Syncing

  • View Items with large Variance before Posting

  • View Status and Two-Week History

  • Supports Multiple-User Simultaneous Entry

Line Check

  • Multiple Daily Line Check Entry

  • Visual Indication of Bounds

  • Comment Entry

  • Lines along the sales and labor numbers aren't just for decoration – that's your 30-day trend!

  • Choose options to compare the totals.

    • Day compares the total to the day before the selected date

    • Week compares to the same day, last week

    • Year compares to the same day, last year

Getting Started

Be sure you are connected to Wi-Fi and have the correct device requirements. Then, scroll back up to see those requirements.

Download & Configure App

  1. Download and install Decision Logic: Digital Manager from either Google Play or Apple Store.

  2. Click Configuration

  3. From a desktop, log into Decision Logic’s web platform and navigate to Operations > User Settings > Mobile Settings

  4. Point your device’s camera at the QR Code or enter the Manual API Key

  5. Press Validate Key (or Update Settings if you are updating your configuration)


You should see a dialog box confirming a successful configuration.


Log in to the app using the same Username and Password from the Decision Logic platform.
