Client site administrators can request that our Help Center team turn on overtime calculations across stores. For an employee with shifts at more than one store, any overtime hours and dollars are applied to hours worked over 40 for stores that follow the same labor week-cycles.

Rate blending, specific formulas, and custom/dynamic export configurations may vary.

Many of our clients prefer employee hours only per store and opt to have payroll overtime calculations done by a third-party payroll provider. The new configuration allows for overtime to be calculated in-site, lending to more visibility in labor costs.
